On 18 September 2023 at 13:00 Moscow time, a seminar in the format of a videoconference will be held on the topic “On localization of production of Russian companies in India”. The event is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in India.

Currently, Russian companies and their subsidiaries are working to support the location of production facilities in industrial zones of the Republic of India, which have the necessary infrastructure and provide residents with a certain set of preferences.

During the seminar, representatives of Essar Group, an Indian holding company, will talk about the opportunities and advantages of localising production in the Republic of India, make a presentation of their company and answer questions.
