The Chairman of the Board of the Business Council for Cooperation with India is Sergey Cheremin, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow, who is also a member of the Russian-Indian Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation.
