The business mission of the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow and the Business Council for Cooperation with India headed by Sergey Cheremin was held from 10th to 17th of December, 2022.
Within the framework of the official visit, the Moscow delegation visited New Delhi and Mumbai.
The business mission was joined by 13 companies including developers of modern biotechnological solutions and IT systems, developers of payment systems and urban smart solutions, manufacturers of high-tech equipment for telecommunications and oil and gas sector, etc.
The program of events included a business component aimed at deepening foreign economic, investment and cultural cooperation between Moscow and Indian partners.
The mission program was made up of pitch sessions for representatives of Russian business, presentation of Russian investment and economic opportunities for Indian partners, B2B meetings, topped by a session “Business dialogue: Regional cooperation as a driver of economic development”.
In his speech, Sergey Cheremin emphasized that Russian companies are focused on exporting products, finding new partners, as well as building long-term relationships with enterprises in the medical and infrastructure industries.
