The head of India’s Foreign Ministry praised Russia-India relations

Indian Foreign Minister Subramanian Jaishankar highly appreciated the relations between the countries during his speech at IMEMO.
“There is no doubt that relations between Russia and India have become one of the most stable among the relations of large countries of the world after World War II,” the diplomat said.
The official noted that this relationship should not be taken for granted. This is the result of labor and it must be supported and developed.
“I believe that the basis of our modern relations is the acceptance of multipolarity as a reality and aspiration,” the minister added. It was this awareness that allowed our countries to easily maintain relations in comparison with other states, Jaishankar explained.
