India and Russia's medium-sized business ties are becoming stronger
"We focus mainly on the development of medium-sized manufacturing business. In this area, we see a very significant interest from our Indian partners. I have repeatedly met with my Indian colleagues at The innoprom forum, which is traditionally held in Yekaterinburg in July. I often visit enterprises in the regions of Russia, and we are constantly faced with the fact that either Russian entrepreneurs are interested in entering the Indian market, or Indian entrepreneurs turn to us for business contacts", — said Kurochkin.
Continuous work is being done to strengthen cooperation between the two countries."The chamber of Commerce and industry of Russia has a Business Council for cooperation with India, which is constantly in contact with Indian entrepreneurs. In addition, the President of the Chamber Sergey Katyrin heads the Russian part of the BRICS Business Council, and in 2016 he took an active part in the meeting of the Association summit"
A large number of projects in various fields have already been implemented. In General, the Vice-President of the CCI of Russia emphsize the huge scale of the Indian economy "makes all Russian-Indian ties win-win in the medium term."
